Every Host is a responsible host and provide native cPanel backups for all its clients. Unless otherwise stated the retention is:
- 4 x Daily Backup
- 1 x Monthly Backup
To ensure disk space usage is kept to a minimum, we exclude the following files from the backup. This will not affect the ability to restore if required a full working website. Should clients using dedicated or cloud servers wish to exclude any other files please contact our technical support team.
